Like an orchestra on key
Every note a perfect accompaniment
To the graceful body as it moves
Pain free and appreciative
Having seen the effects of disease
Fill the day
Solitary, silent and calm
Let the world play
Drift to pleasant memories
Live in a constant state
Unswayed by seeming constraints
Which open to the open eye
If observed objectively
These emotions balance eventually
It is the nature of humans
To feel joy and pain
And it is a goal of wisdom
To know they are one and the same
And to live out good years
Untroubled by the changes
As they cycle through our lives
You can sit idle
And be flying across the sea
Soon to land on a lovely island
That never ends or deceives
Where the government is internal
And freedom is complete
