COME, ENTER YOURSELF
Come, enter yourself
In the revelry
Find the distant cousin
Whose face resembles yours
Beyond pretty, toward candescent
An inner light of beauty
Which we will not fight
Bring your emotion
Your inner girl
Let us unwind her torso
Let us free her soul
Hear her call out our oath
That nothing can stop our hope
For rampant deceleration
Of the runaway hate
Incinerated by politicians and the press
Agents of distress
Building emotions
Which bring states of stress
Illogic results
It is a biochemical event
Not able to be hidden forever
As the citizenry recoils
Seeing potential loss
As the laws favor the political class
Who endeavor superiority
By empowering Federal and State agencies
Illicit brokers
Of the public welfare
All politicians should be unpaid
And limited to a few years
Then gone, with no public contact
Immune from impropriety. Period.
