Dismantling the corporate few
Who have toppled liberty for the individual
And assume superiority
Based on control, influence and money
Is no longer feasible
The tentacles of power
Have infiltrated every child
On their phone computer
At the public institution
Where they are uniformly shuttled
Until their personality conforms.
Until they agree with government norms
Fictions of power and control
While the individual suffers
With a subservient role –
Just a tool of the corporate grip
On every section of life we live
Whether entertainment or art
Whether work,
transportation or nutrition.
The Amazon, Google, Apple conglomerates
Exert control over brain functions
Of nearly everyone, worldwide
This is coming –
Corporate governance
Loss of individuality
The growth of despair
While we teeter
on the nuclear brink
Solitude and compassion
Calm serenity
Absorption and acceptance
Determination and dignity.
Who says we are lost
When we can still breath free? 220303.2
